Assessment and monitoring

The following is a review of my soul of the interrelationship contact by theory, policy and practice and how they relate to my personal development. Reflecting on my first-year few days at Eastbourne Technology College, what stricken me the about was the way in which schoolroom deportment had changed from when I was at schooltime. I feel that in order for learn to occur, classroom behavior has to be controlled and managed correctly. As each of these can be discussed in spacious detail, I will only be reflecting on my unde rstanding of promoting positive behaviour by using a combining of pro-active and re-active strategies. When referring to positive behaviour within the classroom I am referring to students ability to show self-discipline, wound up self-control, co-operation and integrity.

In my experience at school these abilities were never discussed or argued, students had to expose all of the above as standard behaviour or face serious consequences. Now students are equal to deprave bad behaviour to unacceptable levels under the inclusion policy.
